Our Guarantee

We guarantee the fit of all our covers, based on our published dimensions or dimensions given to us by you, our customer. Do not depend on a third party website, including manufactures for accurate information. The best confirmation is your eyes with a tape measure.
If you receive product from us and it does not fit and it is determined that we just plain cut it wrong (it has happened) we will make arrangements to repair or replace the cover.
My covers will last and protect your gear for a long time.  If however, stitching is unraveling after 6 months, send me a picture and I will see that it is repaired or replace the cover.

Cancellation/Return Policy

You can cancel an order anytime before it goes to the final sewing stages. At this point we can still use the material, in most cases, for another order. Once it is sewn, we may charge a 15% restocking fee, based on the irregularness of that cover. Once it ships, it's yours. So don't pre-order a cover before you get your new amp or pro audio speakers, then decide you don't like the gear.  Guitar Center or Sweetwater may take their equipment back, but we are not able to, sorry.
